Remission at last!

Hi Angels!

It’s been a while since I last posted, so I thought I had better bring you all up to date. My last CT scan showed no tumor. That’s right. Cancer free. YOOHOO! I still have to finish up with the Chemo though.

Right now I’m on a short vacation to heal from the radiation and the tearing of the scar tissue in my esophagus. I forced food when I shouldn’t have. Oh well, live and learn.

The next round of Chemo starts on Sep. 24th and will go for 9 weeks. I should be done just in time for the holidays. What a great gift that would be.

I’m still fighting the fatigue. I’m good for about 3 or 4 hours then it’s time to rest. Good news is I’m breathing free and the pain from the tear is almost gone.

That is GREAT news that you are in remission! I have tears in my eyes. Yippee. I hope this next round of chemo goes by fast. Nice to hear from you Dan.
